Frank Jr. joined HCP as a law clerk in 2015. Following his admission to the Ohio Bar in 2018, Frank joined HCP’s general litigation group as an associate attorney. Frank’s practice group handles personal injury, construction, and professional liability litigation. He serves as counsel to the insurance industry in coverage matters. Frank also has extensive experience in both commercial and consumer collection matters and has prosecuted and defended claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.
While in law school at the University of Akron, Frank earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Insurance Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior to law school, Frank attended Ohio University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. His training in anatomy and physiology has served HCP and its clients in a broad range of personal injury litigation.
Frank currently lives in Green, Ohio. In his free time, Frank enjoys kayaking and weightlifting.
