Taylor V. Trout
Mr. Trout joined HCP’s general litigation group in 2015. Already, he has become an integral part of the firm’s litigation teams in a wide variety of matters.
Insurance company defense and coverage litigation relating to construction defect, personal injury, malpractice, wrongful death, discrimination, and uninsured/underinsured motorist and bad faith matters.
Defense of insured individuals in liability matters.
Landlord and tenant litigation.
Gas and oil litigation.
While a student at Akron Law, Mr. Trout served as a member of the Akron Law Review. He was a three-year recipient of the Board of Trustees scholarship, earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the subjects of Civil Procedure and Criminal Law and was named to the Dean’s List every semester.
Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Trout graduated from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Education. He was leader of the college football team.
